5.00We booked this excursion to get a family of five to Dover Castle and the cliffs of Dover for a day excursion to and from London. Our intent was to spend the majority of time at these two sites on our own. The provider confirmed driver arrival details the day before. They also were very responsive to all emails that I sent in advance with questions. Patrick, the driver, arrived promptly. He was very professional and courteous as a driver. He did not really function as a “guide“ per se, but was very pleasant to chat with. I would use this provider again should the occasion arise because of their responsiveness before our booking and the quality of the vehicle and driver provided.

5.00Dear Trina, Thank you for your quick response on the inquiry above. I am now back home but wanted to give feed back on our private trip with Tarik. It is important for your company to get comments directly as you are the ultimate responsible party via Viator. Rest assured, this is NOT a complaint email but a commendation is the highest form! It is always stressful to plan a trip abroad and especially one with a high monetary amount. We were so happy with our tour but most importantly- our driver/guide/teacher/now memory friend!!!! Tarik was the best fit for my daughter and myself. His warm personality combined with sense of humor with a great laugh and his bright mind made a full day together memorable and comfortable. The White Cliffs of Dover was one of the things I wanted to see especially. Despite rain, it was beautiful. Tarik gave us a great history lesson on all of the stops that day. But what we will remember with the most warm memories is of him. He gave us a view of not only historic sites but a view of wonderful England. Please convey our best wishes to him and know that you had an amazing representative for your company as well as your country. Thank you!
