My wife and I had an excellent experience with the Hong Kong pass. We were able to visit some of the best attractions in the city and enjoy delicious food - all in an easy and convenient way. It helped us stay organised during our first visit to the city, making the whole trip smoother and more enjoyable. We also found that the pass offered great value for money. Our favourites were the Peak Tram special combo, the Ngong Ping 360 cable car & village, and the Dim Sum set menu. The booking process for attractions that required reservation was simple, and at each attraction we just scanned the QR code for entry. Highly recommended!

I bought the Hong Kong pass which seemed convenient and was to a certain extent. However, I made a reservation for one of the walking tours which did not happen because of a mix up with the walking tour company. This tour was a half day tour of our 3days in Hong Kong, on our last day to be exact, so we were out of luck in terms of making an alternate reservation at another venue. So, to sum up, for us this pass was not worth what we paid for it. I am giving up on these passes and just paying as I go. Also, I want to add I contacted their service department and they didn't even bother asking what happened to me, instead simply replying a standard "Sorry for any inconvenience you had. We see in our system your pass has expired." I didn't even ask for a refund!
