Not good 1) scheduled pick up was 25 min late, called Viator to find driver. 2) advertised pick up at hotel did not happen, we had to walk to end of street. Wife and I were at entrance as he drove by but he did not stop for us to board. 3) advertised onboard intercom/headphones was not on this golf cart. Could hear very, very little that the tour guide said. He tried to turn around so we could hear and almost wreaked a couple times. 4) advertised end of tour to be dropped at hotel entrance, did not happen. We had a 15-20 walk to return hotel through unfamiliar area. Without a GPS we would have been screwed. 5) golf cart suspension was so terrible (squeaky) contributed to not able to hear the tour guide.

Great way to see Rome. My only negative was the driver spoke a lot more in Italian than English. We were the only English speaking so the others go more info.

Enoch was an amazing and very knowledgeable guide! We can't believe how much of Rome we saw in just three hours. At least ten different locations with and lots of great information on each one.

We spent a fabulous day in Rome with our tour guide, Matt! Since it was our first day, we wanted an overview of the city to help us plan the rest of our week — and he delivered exactly that. From the Spanish Steps to the Colosseum and plenty of hidden gems along the way, Matt showed us all the highlights and tailored the experience to what we wanted. He was friendly, funny, and made the day not just about seeing Rome, but truly enjoying it. A perfect way to kick off our trip!

The guide assigned to me was a vibrant, professional, knowledgeable young man , Eduardo. Besides, excellent chauffeur. My tour began at 1:30 pm, on a workday, with a horrible traffic going on plus having to navigate through throngs of tourists & residents al lunchtime.. that alone was quite an experience! Eduardo also took me through lots of passage ways in Trastevere which could barely let a small golf cart go by. Quite charming. Would have loved to see more & maybe grab a piece of real pizza, but the hectic traffic made it impossible! Definitely would recommend Eduardo as driver and guide!

We are a wonderful driver named Robert. Spoke excellent English and basically let us make our own itinerary. We wanted to finish the evening at the coliseum at dusk and then go to dinner. He made a wonderful suggestion for dinner that was spot on. He drove us there, and the food was amazing!

Our guide Robin was excellent. He was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, professional, and polite. He answered all of our questions and even took us to a site. We especially wanted to see.
