Tour company wasn't able to secure entry tickets

1.00We had a tough time trying to see the Alhambra. We originally booked a tour with a different company several days in advance. Unfortunately, that company cancelled on us the morning of our scheduled tour. We went back to the Viator App and booked this tour for the same day. The company reached out via WhatsApp stative that the Viator App had made a mistake by allowing us to book a same day tour. They offered to reschedule for the following day. We agreed to this. The following morning I received an email dusting that they were canceling again as they didn't have entry tickets from the Alhambra. We ended up not being able to tour the Alhambra despite this being the sole reason we came to Granda. Fortunately we ended up loving the city and found plenty to do aside from touring the Alhambra.
