7h45-8h30: HOTEL PICK UP - LIMOUSINE Our tour guide and driver will pick you up from the hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter by the limousine transfer to Halong bay. 10h30-10h45: SHORT BREAK The limousine stops on the way for a 20–25 minutes short break for you to stretch your legs, or have a quick snack.

11h30-11h45: WELCOME TO HERITAGE CRUISE Our Crew welcome guests at Tuan Chau International Port & check-in on boat. Enjoy the welcome drink. 12h-13h15: LUNCH ON BOAT Have lunch on boat. 5.00The trip was quite enjoyable. It covered quite a few sights and activities to do. The boat was quite clean and the buffet lunch had a large spread. Our guide Tom was quite attentive and friendly. Our driver got us there and back safely. The staff on the boat also provided amazing service.

5.00Was a fantastic day out. The price was incredibly fair for what's included. Full buffet lunch, and afternoon tea. Beers were standard prices. The attraction stops were quite busy. But still enjoyable and well timed. The whole day ran smoothly. Tom was a helpful and attentive guide. Loved it, would do it again in a heartbeat.

5.00Very good experience with Hong (Tom) of Heritage Travels in our family trip (with both > 70 year olds and < 10 year olds) to Halong Bay. It was a day long trip with 3 stops. The cruise was very comfortable and we enjoyed every bit of it.

4.00The cruise was overall good. Lunch on board was nice too. Only con was that we were not allowed to take water on board and then had to pay extra for water on board. Otherwise it was a pleasant experience.
