What To Expect

Meet up at our café at number 8 Gia Ngu street. Learn about Vietnamese coffee history and it’s stories. Learn to make 2 most famous coffee drinks in Vietnam which are egg coffee and coconut coffee. After making yourself the cups of coffee, enjoy them together with a banh mi sandwich or spring roll of your choice in our café.

Phuong knew everything there was to know about coffee and more. It was a great class and amazing activity to do with your partner. The egg coffee is also made the original way with honey and not condensed milk. Very good you have to try this.

Phuong did the class for us and she was exceptional in her explanations. Her English was superb. Overall we had a lovely experience. We learnt a lot in coffee making with Egg and coconut cream as well. PHUONG, Was so good. We wish her the very best in her future endeavours. Enjoyed Vietnam.

I had a wonderful time attending the coffee class! The instructor Phương was very knowledgeable and passionate about coffee, taking time to explain each step — from bean selection and roasting to brewing techniques. The class was hands-on, fun, and easy to follow, even for beginners. I especially enjoyed learning how small details can make a big difference in flavor. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and Phuong made sure I felt comfortable and engaged. I left the class not only with new skills but also a deeper appreciation for good coffee. Highly recommend this class to anyone who loves coffee or wants to learn more about the art of making it!

Lovely instructor, she had a lot of knowledge and her English was quite good. The class was a lot smaller than we’d thought, it ended up just being my friend and I, but that gave us a lot of opportunity to ask questions and so on. Only note was that we had been under the impression that the class would include a bahn mi to eat to balance out all the coffee. We did get food but it was just a toast with Nutella and banana, which was alright just not exactly what we had expected. Can definitely recommend the workshop though, as a nice little insight into Vietnamese coffee culture.

The class with Bella was fantastic. It was one on one and I learnt much about coffee before I learnt how to make the egg and coconut coffee. My expectations were met and surpassed. Bella was a great host and teacher. She made the class really enjoyable. I’m looking forward when I return to Australia and make the coffee for my family.

Had a great time making coconut and egg coffee. Trang very nice and informative. The Bánh mì was very nice. We were taken by moped to a nice air conditioned shop somewhere else. Not a problem. But was unaware when booking.

Vy was awesome! Really great explanations of different coffee strains and their history in Vietnam. Answered all of our questions really well and told us lots of interesting things about what we were making. The timing of everything was very smooth. We picked the egg coffee + coconut coffee session and it was wonderful. Making them was very straightforward and delicious, and she also showed us some decorating tips. The breakfast banh mi was also really tasty! Perfect way to start your day. Thank you, Vy!!
