  • Beyond the Guidebook: Hidden Hanoi by Motorbike with Linh

This motorbike tour with Linh was one of the most personal and memorable experiences I had in Hanoi. From the moment she picked me up, Linh was warm, welcoming, and incredibly intuitive. We discussed what I’d already seen and what I was most interested in, and she curated a route that felt spontaneous and tailored — adding hidden gems I wouldn’t have found on my own. After a quick local meal, she helped me with my helmet and gave tips for riding comfortably on the back of her scooter. I felt at ease quickly and was soon snapping photos and video as we navigated Hanoi’s vibrant streets. We explored areas outside the city center, breezed past places I’d already visited, and discovered spots I hadn’t even heard of — including Hanoi’s oldest bridge and a banana-growing island. Linh’s storytelling was rich, her driving smooth and safe, and her energy infectious. She even secured a spot for me on the famous Hanoi Train Street, offered safety tips, and flattened a beer bottle cap on the tracks as a quirky souvenir. We ended up people-watching and laughing about how seriously some folks take their selfies. Side note: Linh is fearless on the road, but hilariously terrified of bugs that sneak into your clothes. Highly recommended for solo travelers, content creators, and anyone who wants to experience Hanoi with heart and depth

We spent the morning doing the 1/2 day tour in the countryside. It was EXCELLENT - superb guide, the ladies driving the scooters were awesome and it is an experience definitely worth recommending. A great way to see local culture and the way of life just outside the city of Hanoi.

  • Best way to experience Hanoi!

My husband and I had Happy as our guide and the tour was amazing from start to finish. Through all the chaos of the streets of Hanoi both riders made us feel really safe and comfortable. The tour was really informative and let us see different sides of Hanoi including banana farms and the infamous Train Street complete with train. The tour gives you a whole different perspective on Hanoi and an appreciation of how good these ladies are at riding motorbikes. We’ve travelled to several countries so far this trip and this tour has been our favourite to date!

This was an awesome tour. 😍 We had so much fun with Linh, Lan Anh, Dieu Anh and Thuong. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about Hanoï's history. A perfect match for us 3 girls. B52 area was a must! The banana island and the "dragon bridge" was very interesting. Lunch was great! The pagoda was delightful to explore. Watching the train was surreal! Thank you all. We will definetely book this tour again. You are the best! 🤩Priscilla/Cynthia/Katy

The booking was very easy through whatsapp. We were picked up by our guide Summi and her colleagues Happy and Minh Hieu on time at our hotel and drove us securely through the bustling city. We experienced another side of Hanoi. Summi had a lot of info about our stops along the tour. The lunch and coffee stops were amazing. We would recommend this tour to everyone! Thank you again, Summi!

We enjoyed the Hanoi tour with our friendly ,safety conscious (IYKYK) tour guides and riders : Mai,Bong & backup Minhe. This is a wonderful way to cover the city quickly and really feel the local vibe. Mai created a bespoke tour for us , maximising our experience,e.g. she recommended a local fantastic vegetarian lunch option ( we would never have found ourselves).a highlight included a detailed Banana Island tour with great farming & botanical insights from Mai. Excellent whatsapp communication pre pickup from our hotel ensured no misteps and punctuality was appreciated. An easy, informative, memorable tour. Thank you

The tour with Summi, Happy, Kim and Minh was extremely exciting and entertaining. We saw a lot of places that we probably wouldn't have seen otherwise. We were allowed to immerse ourselves in the history and culture of Vietnam. The tour was very well organized, uncomplicated and the subsequent lunch was super delicious (also the vegetarian version). Thanks for the great day.

We loved summi! We learned so much about their culture and their past and their government and their people. I felt safe diving with her yet it was still exhilarating weaving in and out of traffic and through windy narrow streets. I’m so glad we did this!
