  Best way to travel after arriving at the airport in the evening. Sleep in a private space with a massaging bed. We were promptly picked up at midnight and arrived in Sa Pa before 6am. Leaves the entire day to explore.

• From Hanoi to Sapa and from Sapa to Halong bay: Excellent service for our group of 21 people.

  We booked the luxury bus with private cabin for the outbound journey and a private transfer from Sapa to Halong Bay through BCFamilyTour. The driver was very punctual, and everything went smoothly. This was an excellent service for our group of 21 people ('-'). We were able to book tours and transportation at great prices in Sapa, Hanoi, Ha Long, Ninh Binh, the Ha Long cruise, Sapa trekking tour, and Fansipan through BCFamilyTour and their team—Luxia, Daisy, Minh, Pi and Sam. They are amazing travel experts. Their knowledge and service helped us avoid many hassles and saved us a significant amount of money:. We’ve already returned to Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, and Thailand—and we will definitely reach out to you again next time! Thank you so much!

  This luxury private cabin bus exceeded our expectations! From the moment we booked, the communication was clear and helpful via WhatsApp and email. When we had a bit of trouble locating the pickup point at Hanoi Airport, the team patiently guided us. (Tip: if your pickup is at the airport, make your way to Level 2 via the stairs — it’s not always clearly marked.) The ride itself was smooth and incredibly relaxing. The reclining seats go nearly flat, which made it much easier to rest — even for someone tall like me. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and we appreciated the small amenities like the blanket, pillow, bottled water, and tissues. There’s even a massage function in the seat, and each one comes with a TV screen and headphones. The Wi-Fi worked well, the charging port worked well. The drivers aren’t fluent in English, but they were friendly and did their best to help. We recommend handling any specific requests in advance via WhatsApp or email to avoid misunderstandings. Travel tip: If you’re prone to motion sickness, bring your own sick bags as none are provided on board !!!! Overall, this is a great way to travel long distances in Vietnam. It’s clean, comfortable, and surprisingly high-tech. We’d definitely ride with them again!!!! Thank you !
