Our pickup service covers a 2.5-mile radius in Central London, with drop-off available at any Heathrow Airport terminal. If your pickup is from Heathrow Airport, please provide your flight number when booking. This allows us to monitor your flight and dispatch the driver to the correct terminal 30 minutes after landing for a seamless experience. Drop-off will be within a 2.5-mile radius of Central London.

1.00It was a disaster ! Our driver did NOT show up as scheduled. After numerous phone calls back and forth to the shuttle company and listening to their insistence that I didn’t have a booking despite the fact I had a confirmation number - they said they would send a taxi to pick us up. It was then up to us ( first time at Heathrow Airport) to try to FIND the taxi that was there to pick us up. It was like trying to find a needle in a haystack ! After getting help from an attendant who was helping other people in the taxi lineup it was determined that our taxi was waiting for us on the 3 rd level of a parkade ! When we finally got to the parkade I then tried calling the driver , only to be told that ‘my time was up’ and we would have to book again!!!! Not impressed. They had NO problem KEEPING the $150.00 Cdn that I paid for booking a ride. Terrible customer service. A terrible experience… definitely not a warm welcome to London . I contacted them for a refund . They have ignored my requests.

4.00All in all it worked pretty well. When I arrived at the arrival hall at the airport, no one was waiting so I’m not certain they actually tracked the flight. They called me and sent a driver pretty quickly. He called on arrival and met us at the ride share/car service parking area.

5.00Good transportation (individual Alan) was very friendly and apologized at beginning as our flight was delayed and he had to re-park to get back to us but called us on phone to advised where he would met us inside welcome area. We used him for other transportation during our stay.
