What To Expect
1. Select the transportation service you require and please consider Model and type of vehicle will be assigned upon availability and the number of passengers. 2. Provide the following information: Full name, flight number, pick-up date and time, and phone number. 3. Save your voucher. Print it or save it on your phone. 4. 48 hours prior to your ride, you will receive your driver's contact info. 5. 24 hours before, we will provide you with the meeting point info to meet with your driver. 6. Meet your driver at the pick-up location. 7. Present your voucher and I.D. to the driver so properly driver can validate your voucher/ticket. 8. Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs, or bikes) may have certain restrictions; please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. 9. Please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on the number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate.

5.00The service was very communicative, reaching out to me outside of Viator multiple times prior to the date of pickup. They communicated with me through a bit of delays of my flight and one of their representatives was waiting for me in the airport as I was walking. The car was clean and spacious, and the driver was safe and got us to the hotel quickly. I would use them again if I were traveling to/from Hong Kong airport and would highly recommend.

1.00Was contacted by the driver 10hrs before arrival that my destination address was a restricted area and can only drop me off on a location where i need to take a taxi to my desired destination. Asked me to contact viator and have this worked out. Used the chat feature to talked to you guys to to change it to another date and was told that it would take 72hrs before anything can be finalized. 72hrs has passed and no update was given. Called up driver at my arrival and was told that the service was not cancelled and he still arrived to the airport - told driver to just go home. The reason we got this service is for the convenience. But with the issue of restricted area, it would be more inconvenient that just taking the train. No refunds was given, or even suggestion for refund. It's 75usd down the drain

4.00Many travelers cannot find the storage room at Hong Kong airport online. I'm just checking for them. After baggage is collected, enter the lounge where the greeters are standing. Turn left immediately. Walk right to almost the end of this room. That's where the luggage room is on the left. This is useful for those who fly to Hong Kong for a short time in transit.

1.00Terrible communication. Pick up point was never relayed to me. Phone number provided was worthless - driver did not respond to calls or texts. I had to take alternate transportation and Viator refused to refund my money after I provided proof of the driver’s no show.
