4.00Private driver and flexibility were a big plus. She was enthusiastic and informative. Gift shop at Hobbiton disappointing in selections and availability of sizes. Very lackluster. Also, employees audibly complaining to each other about workload and shifts, in earshot of guests, was a turn off. The sets and grounds were awesome. Also, despite all the warnings, there was food and beverages available before, during and after experience.
