For A/H ( airport to hotel) Our professional driver will welcome you at the exit of arrival hall with your Name Board. The Free waiting time is 1 hour after one hour late than the actual arrival time. The pick-up name, flight number and drop-off address need to be provided. For H/A ( hotel to Airport) The meet place is in your hotel lobby. The driver will hold your Name Board waiting there as appinted time. Usually the pick-up time is 3.5 hours in advance for international flight, 2.5 hours in advance for domestic flight. (Peak Hours and Some airports need add one hour or more just ensure your arrive there in time ) The pick-up name, flight number and airport terminals need to be provided. Please Note: • Tips are not included, these are at your discretion. • Unless otherwise stated, waiting time is 2 hours after the actual arrival time. After this time the vehicle will be released. • If your flight is delayed we will check the flight information in advance and adjust your pick up time accordingly. In the case of connecting flights, please note that we only able to check the flight details printed on this voucher. • **If you are unable to locate our local representative for any reason, it’s your responsibility to call the number shown on your voucher for assistant, before making alternative arrangements.** • **If your pick up/drop off details change, you must amend your booking immediately.** • Unless otherwise stated, 1 piece of medium sized luggage is allowed per person, Hand luggage should be small enough to be carried on your lap. If your luggage is more than the space of the vehicle, it’s your responsibility to pay a taxi to carry your luggage.
