4.00Good customer service/support. Third time returning customer, but only realised the data limit/counter is only reset at 00:45 Poland time instead of 00:00 HK Time while this esim is for HK-use, so that has tripped the data usage i paid for each day (e.g. 0.5GB/day, 1GB/day). Will be more mindful if i buy this product again.
