We had a really good time at this noodle class in Hong Kong. The venue was nice, the atmosphere and pace was casual and fun and the food we made was DELICIOUS. We cooked up a few classic dishes, including stir fried noodles and a refreshing dessert to wrap things up. It was hands-on without being stressful and the group was small which made it easy to follow along. We will definitely come back the next time we are in Hong Kong.

This class was so much fun and educational! It was a great way to experience local cooking in a down-to-earth setting. We learned how to prepare traditional Hong Kong-style fried noodles from scratch and got hands-on with slicing, stir-frying and seasoning. Our chef was knowledgeable and patient, and the final dish was flavorful and satisfying. A simple, authentic experience we’d recommend to anyone curious about local food culture.
