They have earphones to listen in your language to the history of the places you visit and you have the comfort of going up and down to your desire according to the package you buy, making it very easy to get around the city

We bought our tickets from a street vendor that was offering all companies at the same time and we got uncomfortable when he offered this one that was new for us but his recommendation was spot on. Buses were on the same schedule of the other companies but with smaller lines and very friendly staff

The stops are grouped near major sites. So you must find the site you want to go to and then walk there. I think if they added a few more stops, the overall experience would be better and the busses less crowded. Getting on at the beginning of the stops (stop #1) and listening to the narrative in your native tongue is no problem however once you get off, its extremely difficult to get back on a bus. they do not have enough busses running to accomodate the amount of people wanting to use the service. We had 3 busses pass us because people got on and did not get off. We wanted to get off at a few stops but were hesitant due to the overcrowding on this bus line. Other bus lines such as the Green Line did not seem to have this issue. Would not recommend this bus tour line.

The bus was clean and the earphones worked. The tour didn't feel rushed but went around in a timely manner and had good information. We had one day in Rome and the tour took us around to see the main attractions. As we were limited for time, we did a full circuit and then chose one spot to get off and have a look around properly. This was recommended by our hotel, Hotel Gioberti, and of all the hop on hop off buses we used in Europe, this was the most enjoyable.

We were waiting for the bus today from 5:15 pm to 6:15 pm at the stop “Spanish Steps”.... In addition, it still started to rain! All other lines (Green Line, Big Bus etc.) have visited the stop 3 to 4 times during our waiting times! I wouldn’t pick “I Love Rome” anymore.... 50€ for the cat!

The tour itself deserves more stars. This will take you to the main sights in Rome. The exchange of voucher for ticket works without any problems. At peak times, however, it can happen that the bus is full and you have to wait for the next one. Basically no problem if the bus could and would stop at the - for the provider - place. So it can happen that the first bus leaves full and you have to wait and board the next bus , the last come tourists. Certainly not a problem at a young age, but rather at 60.

Best deal. To get a quick overview first and explore later individually. The music of the descriptions in German language is annoying their speakers hardly to be understood. Listen to English version.

Not enough time. We’re not able to get off bus and not enough to see from bus. Would have like to see trevi fountain.

Extensive walking tour of nearby temples and archeological site next to collosuem was interesting. Its a little hard to find the start of the tour. About 15 different tour companies meet around Cafe Roma. A bigger sign with the tour group name on it high up on a post or something would keep folks from wandering around searching for the sign-in. Other predatory tour company "marketers" hound tourists looking for the starting point trying to mislead you into signing up for their tour, instead. This is prime location for pick pocketers, too, so mind your wallets and backpacks. Its a huge complex and you walk for 2 hours before the colloseum portion. Wear good shoes! The guide was nice, if not a little hard to understand her English, but it helped to have the ear buds so you could follow along and hear her, even if you wandered a bit off from the group. There is a second, 2 hour portion inside the colloseum. Going to the underground rooms and staging area was very cool. This tour takes you to some portions that are restricted from general admission so you can enjoy the tour with less crowds and chaos. The place is otherwise mobbed with people. Very long bathroom lines in colloseum, so go in the temples area before heading in. It would be uncomfortable in blazing sun and heat of summer. We went in October and it was perfect.
