Tom was a great tour guide! We were picked up from our location, then he started the tour with fun facts in the van, we went to Train Street and we got to order drinks. He gave us clear instructions for when the train passes through. He happily answered questions about Train Street and Vietnam. Then, we headed to Incense Village. He took a lot of photos of the group members. We also got to observe and make incense firsthand.Super Nice trip & Highly recommended

I was so looking forward to this tour on my first full day in Vietnam. I was to be picked up at 8 so I was out in front of my hotel by 7:45. When no one had arrived by 8:30, I contacted the tour company directly with no response. I repeated attempts at contact at 8:45 and 9:30 before I finally gave up, having sacrificed two hours of my day. I then contacted Viator and did receive a quick refund.

It was a good sightseeing tour to see a lot in one day. However, I booked a small group tour and it seemed quite large in size. Also, we went to see one of the stops and when we came back on the bus it smelled of cigarettes. Overall made the most of the experience and met nice people but the tour was a bit disappointing.

Our full-day tour of Hanoi was an excellent experience, thanks to our knowledgeable and attentive guide. He provided detailed historical insights at every destination and was always patient in repeating or clarifying when needed. His enthusiasm kept the group engaged, especially when we started feeling tired, and he chose a charming local restaurant for a delicious lunch. The highlight for me was visiting the Hoa Lo Prison Museum, made even more impactful by the guide’s thorough explanations. The itinerary was well-packed, with a comfortable bus and a skilled driver ensuring a smooth and safe journey. Overall, it was a well-organized tour that gave us á deeper appreciation of Hanoi’s history and culture

I enjoyed this tour very much and learnt a lot about Vietnamese history and culture. Our guide, Mr Lee, was excellent. He gave us good information and handled a difficult situation with obnoxious guests calmly and professionally. Highly recommended.

The Hanoi City Tour was an unforgettable experience that truly included me to the vibrant culture and history of Vietnam’s capital. Our guide was not only knowledgeable but also genuinely passionate, making each site come alive with fascinating stories. I loved how the tour efficiently covered all the major attentions, allowing us to enjoy everything without feeling exhausted in the heat. One of the highlights for me was the delicious vegan lunch. The server was so attentive, checking in on us and making sure we had everything we needed. The solemnity of the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and the serenity of a beautiful Buddhist Pagoda, every moment was special.

The short day trip to visit Hanoi was great. We had breakfast at the hotel and then someone came to pick us up. The first destination is Tran Quoc Pagoda, a temple with a long history here. It's very crowded here, people are constantly coming in and out. The pagoda is located on a large lake called West Lake - the view here in the morning is really beautiful. Continue to visit the Mausoleum of President Ho Chi Minh - the great leader of Vietnam, many objects from ancient times are preserved and saved. One Pillar Pagoda is also a spiritual place with unique and impressive architecture. Take a break then continue to Hoan Kiem Lake, also known as Hoan Kiem Lake, where the turtle lives. I really like this place, from the people to the air - very fresh. People walk around the lake under big green trees. Even going to Ngoc Son Temple is right on Sword Lake. A trip worth experiencing, passing through many beautiful and ancient streets. I think everyone should go on this tour to explore more about Hanoi.

A day tour worth experiencing, walking around Hanoi for a day with the first stop at Tran Quoc Pagoda. The tour guide said this pagoda is the oldest pagoda in Hanoi, built in the 6th century. The pagoda is located on the West Lake water looks like a small island. The guide said the afternoon sunset here is also very beautiful and relaxing. The next location is President Ho Chi Minh's mausoleum, a green grass square. We walked around the garden, fish pond, house where the person lived and worked. Going to the next point is the One Pillar Pagoda - a pagoda with unique architecture. With its ancient architectural beauty and historical values, this temple will bring you a visual, attractive about Vietnamese Buddhist culture. Stop for lunch at a restaurant with traditional dishes. My favorite place On this trip are Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son Temple. Hoan Kiem Lake is also known as Sword Lake, where there are turtles walking under the trees Around the lake is very cool and enjoyable. Feeling very comfortable in the afternoon.
