I was so looking forward to this tour on my first full day in Vietnam. I was to be picked up at 8 so I was out in front of my hotel by 7:45. When no one had arrived by 8:30, I contacted the tour company directly with no response. I repeated attempts at contact at 8:45 and 9:30 before I finally gave up, having sacrificed two hours of my day. I then contacted Viator and did receive a quick refund.

It was a good sightseeing tour to see a lot in one day. However, I booked a small group tour and it seemed quite large in size. Also, we went to see one of the stops and when we came back on the bus it smelled of cigarettes. Overall made the most of the experience and met nice people but the tour was a bit disappointing.

I enjoyed this tour very much and learnt a lot about Vietnamese history and culture. Our guide, Mr Lee, was excellent. He gave us good information and handled a difficult situation with obnoxious guests calmly and professionally. Highly recommended.

I added on a Hanoi day tour very last minute and Harry from IndoChina offered assistance immediately. Originally he was the one looked after both day tour and night food tour, unfortunately, he was feeling poorly and assigned a lady tour guide called Van for us. Although she is young at age, not only she appeared to be very knowledgeable on Hanoi history, she also showed her genuine care on take care of my As my mum was too tired after day trip, we had the night food tour cancelled, though, we did have a good time. :

Excellent services,Great tour guide ,We had the pleasure of having a private tour with Mary to a whole heap of delicious street food spots in Hanoi. Thanh was awesome. Friendly, fun, great English and very knowledgable. She was so flexible and added stops to our tour when we mentioned being interested in trying a specific food. She was so genuinely interested in us having a good time in Vietnam. She even helped us organise other tours in Hanoi and Hoi An. Would highly recommend.
