We cannot take wheelchairs on-board, disabled guests are welcome but they will need to come out of their chair (with their carers assistance) to board the vessel and must be able to sit unaided on-board.

Please advise the operator in advance if you have a buggy or wheelchair and our team will look after your property whilst you are enjoying the experience.

What To Expect

You’ll be carol singing all the way through yuletide London on this whizzy wintery wonder-ride, whilst one of Santa’s helpers ensures fun is had by all, old and young alike! Then the real centerpiece happens - with a super-speedy-special trademark Thames Rockets Christmas medley, we’ll ‘fly’ you through Canary Wharf - just as if you were on Santa’s sleigh!

10/10 for sure! We originally booked a trip that didn’t have anyone else on it so they called us and rescheduled us. They even upgraded us for the inconvenience (which we didn’t think it was an inconvenience because they make it perfectly clear it could happen). Geoff and Tom were our guides/captains. Geoff is funny, personable and knowledgeable. Tom is expertly skilled in captaining the boat. We went super fast with crazy maneuvers but felt safe at all times. We are going to make this a trainer we are visiting London.

We had an absolutely fabulous time on the Jingle Bell Blast today! The weather was beautiful, the ride was thrilling, the music was on point, our tour guide Geoff and Driver Quinny were fantastic! Myself, my husband and 3 children thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

I never leave reviews, but I have to. The whole experience was awesome. Jack and Jeff were brilliant along with the great speed boat experience on the back drop of the Thames. My 5 year old was a bit scared but overall he loved it. Thanks, will do it again.

Met by Izzy/Isy and completely looked after with life jackets and plastic rain jacket as well, full guide before being handed over to Sophie who was excellent, funny and incredibly knowledgeable. Charlene was piloting the boat and was incredible especially when we just smashed it at top speed!! The music was cool ride was exhilarating and the end tour was perfect to get some cool facts and wind down. I would totally recommend it!

We had Ed as the tour guide and Charlene as the skipper. Both were amazing and Ed was able to give lots of interesting facts about the area including many many bridge facts 😉 the boat was awesome and the high speed thrill section was made even better by a unexpected drag race from the metropolitan boat police 😂 overall incredible experience and would highly recommend!!

Well what can I say absolutely phenomenal ride loved the thrill Simon was our captain he was great and so was our guide Ed gave so many facts about London and was very friendly. I highly recommend the experience to anyone I would love to do it again in the warmer weather. We was given ponchos at no extra cost which was very kind of them.

This was the BEST TIME! I took my husband, my six year old, and myself, and we all had an incredible time. Ed was our guide, and he told us about all the fun sights, and then we sped along to Christmas carols. Before the tour, my daughter even got to meet Santa, and he was so wonderful and gave her a lovely gift! The whole experience was magical- it was freezing outside and we didn't even care because we had such a blast, and I can't wait to recommend it to all my friends! Thank you all!

Stacey was hilarious 😂 and Nathan and awesome skipper. Hate boats but absolutely loved this never felt so safe. Definitely do this again
