Even if you’re visiting Japan as early as February, you can still enjoy the beautiful cherry blossoms at the Kawazu-zakura Cherry Blossom Festival in Shizuoka. This 10-hour seasonal tour, available only between February and March, takes you on a stroll through the cherry blossoms and includes a fun strawberry picking experience.
Please note: This tour is seasonal and operates from February to March. The dates are subject to change depending on weather conditions and the cherry blossom bloom.

The tour has several meeting spots, but it departs from only one on each specific date. Please note that the option you select will be the only available meeting location for your chosen date.
The strawberry picking will proceed regardless of rain. Please note that some farms may not allow the use of umbrellas during rain. We kindly ask you to bring a raincoat or similar rain gear.
There may be a 15-minute walk from the bus drop-off point to the strawberry picking location. Please wear comfortable walking shoes.
Please note that we are unable to accommodate special dietary requests, including food allergies. If you have specific dietary needs, we recommend making your own meal arrangements. No refunds will be provided for meals.
Delays due to transportation issues or non-participation will be subject to cancellation fees. The tour will depart at the time indicated.

The peak bloom period for flowers may vary depending on weather conditions. The departure date is set based on typical bloom times, but please be aware that the flowers may not be at their peak on the day of your tour. If you cancel your reservation due to blooming status, the regular cancellation fee will apply. Kawazu Cherry Blossoms: Typically from mid-February to mid-March. Numazu Imperial Villa: Typically from early February to around March 10th.

This tour is operated for both Japanese and foreign customers. A Japanese tour conductor will accompany the group and provide key information using a translation app. Please note that the tour conductor is not a tour guide and will focus on sharing essential information during the tour.

Izu Fruit Park
Start your journey with a comfortable coach ride from Tokyo, where you'll meet your tour conductor and head towards your first destination, Izu Fruit Park. This scenic drive takes around 2.5 hours, allowing you to relax and enjoy the views. Upon arrival, you’ll be treated to a delicious lunch featuring a warming hot pot filled with delicacies like golden eye snapper (kinmedai), crab, and seasonal vegetables, paired with fragrant clam rice cooked in a traditional Japanese style. It’s a comforting and flavorful meal that reflects the richness of Shizuoka’s coastal cuisine. After lunch, you’ll head into the greenhouse for a strawberry picking experience. The strawberries are cultivated using an elevated growing method, making them easy to pick and perfect for photos. You’ll have 30 minutes of all-you-can-eat strawberry time, where you can taste the freshness of Japan’s famous sweet strawberries right off the vine.
Next, you’ll visit Mentai Park Izu, a lively and interactive facility dedicated to mentaiko—Japan’s beloved spicy cod roe. This stop is a paradise for seafood lovers and curious travelers alike. Inside, you can explore exhibits that show how mentaiko is made, and browse a wide variety of seafood products and local specialties in the shop. Whether you're looking for a unique souvenir or a savory snack, Mentai Park offers plenty of choices. The atmosphere is cheerful and welcoming, making it a fun place to learn about Japanese food culture in a casual and engaging way.
