A very Small-Group tour departing from Milan Central station for the transfer, either by train or by minibus, to Lake Como where we take a short walk in the charming village of Varenna and adjacent area. Afterwards we experience a 15 minutes public ferry boat cruise for another perspective of this landscapes beauty!

Getting back in our minivan we drive along a panoramic section of the lake shore with spectacular view heading toward a restaurant possibly where they serve some local dishes (on your own expenses, average € 30 per person) and after that we explore the nearby off-the-beaten-path region nestled in the breathtaking Alps mountains where sometimes we are able to do a short visit of a small local farmer or producer.

Finally we will drive along another section of the Lake and at some point we take the train for the return to Milan Central station.

Luca is wonderful. Patient, friendly, knowledgeable and caring. A great day spent around Como. We covered the most important parts with Luca. Lunch stop in Menaggio was incredible. Highly recommend Luca and the tour. Playing L'Italiano in the van was great too. Thanks

Lucca did a great job for us. He planned a good itinerary for the day. Picked a good place for lunch. Good driver. And he went out of his way to get us to the bicycle museum which was a treat for us. I would recommend this tour highly.

This tour is a 10/10 recommend for anyone wanting to do a day trip to lake como from Milan. Luca was amazing and his local expertise made sure we were able to see all the best views around the lake. One note, the area is very hilly and there is some driving Luca does when in Como area. If you get car sick easily make sure to pack something to help! Luca, thank you again, we will definitely be doing more tours with you if we return to the area in the future!

It's a small group in a van and really avoids the tourist trap areas. Luca was a terrific guide. We explored many places, including a great lunch spot overlooking the lake - delicious! At first I was nervous we were not going to all the popular spots, but after visiting one of the more touristy towns (Bellagio) I was glad we were avoiding those areas! We had a wonderful time and would recommend this small group experience!
