  We recently took the Lan Ha Bay Day Tour from Hanoi & Cat Ba Town - Serenity Boutique, and it was an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish! This tour is genuinely a must-do for anyone visiting the area. • Breathtaking Views: The scenery in Lan Ha Bay is simply stunning. The karst formations, the clear emerald water, and the overall peaceful atmosphere created truly unforgettable views. It felt like stepping into a postcard. • Exceptional Guide: Our guide was fantastic—incredibly proactive, knowledgeable, and engaging. They went out of their way to ensure everyone was comfortable and happily answered all of our questions, providing great insight into the area and its culture. Their enthusiasm truly enhanced the day. • Delicious Food: We were very impressed with the onboard meal. The food was very good—fresh, plentiful, and varied. It exceeded our expectations for a day tour and was a real highlight. • Wonderful Atmosphere: The entire crew and fellow travelers created a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. It was a relaxed and enjoyable environment that made the whole experience even better. Highly, highly recommend the Serenity Boutique tour for a perfect day trip.   Very good day trip. Very professional. Clear communication and fine activities. Also clean and fine boat. Extra: my friend forgot his headset on the boat and were able to contact them directly and respond immediately. We were also able to pick up the headset back in Hanoi!! 😍.   Did the day cruise solo. Ha Ha was the best guide ever. Light hearted and funny. He made sure we were always accounted for and on time for each activity. He even remembered a bunch of our names. The whole trip was very organized and well planned. I wish I did the overnight cruise tbh. If your on the fence just do the overnight or stay at one of the hotels at cat ba to really soak it in.

  Our trip to Lan Ha Bay was absolutely amazing, and a huge part of that was thanks to our tour guide Me Ha From the moment the tour began, they were friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone felt comfortable.

  One of the most well organised tours we have ever been on. Everything was so well done, the food, the tour, the cruise liner itself, AMAZING. Our tour guide Haha was the best, so entertaining and so helpful and did his best to meet all our requests. To keep it short, we’re already thinking of when we can come back and do the same experience! Thank you Haha and team, you guys were absolutely amazing!

  Had a really good day, our tour guide was Phuc (Tony) and his enthusiasm/energy in the trip was really good. We had a smaller group (18) which worked really well. The food for lunch was also outstanding. Highly recommend this tour group.

  Our experience with Serenity Cruises for the Lan Ha Bay tour was absolutely wonderful! Everything was so well-organized — from the itinerary to the food and the breathtaking spots they took us to.   This cruise was perfect. We were supposed to do a cruise on Ha Long Bay but due to the Typhoon was cancelled. A day of relaxing and swimming. Very accomodating staff, friendly and helpful. Perfect for getting picked up on Cat Ba and spending the day on Lan Ha Island and then returning to Hanoi.
