I had a fantastic experience learning to make pasta and tiramisu with Maria! She sprinkled in some Italian lessons and was so happy and cheerful the whole time. The sauces for the pasta are incredible, the wines are great and the limoncello is a nice touch. Thank you Maria for an amazing experience! Grazie!

A very fun experience. Charlotte gave us the workshop and made it super enjoyable. At the end, we ate the meal we had made and were given a recipe.

The class was very fun and simple enough for a complete kitchen novice to grasp. Our instructor, Mimi, was very clear and personable. Our group was made up of nice people from all over the world! Overall a great experience!

This was SO much fun! Carlotta was amazing-very animated and a great teacher. She gave a lot of great practical hints on how to make the best pasta and the tiramisu was fun to learn as well. The whole atmosphere was fun, we met some other wonderful travelers and all sat down to a delicious dinner.
Great cookery experience with some skills to take away.

Wonderful fun experience and our teacher Maria was so good. We was able to make pasta and tirimasu as well as wine and limoncello. Sampling it all as a meal at the end of the experience. Very much recommend.
