Chef Carlotta was excellent, she was attentive to all participants, and we experimented with making homemade pasta and tiramisu, which turned out perfect.

This class was super fun! Carlotta was a great teacher, very entertaining and the kids loved it. Lovely to sit down and eat with the other students at the end. Happy to recommend!

Had a fun time making fettuccini pasta and tiramisu! Our chef Mattia was fun, informative, and supportive :) The class itself lasted about 1 hour, and then we had time to eat what we made at the restaurant’s patio and enjoy a glass of wine and limoncello. My class at 3:30pm on Sunday only had 3 participants (myself solo and another couple). I will definitely try to make homemade pasta and tiramisu myself now! - @sophiaonthemap (IG/TT)

This was such a cute and fun experience for me and boyfriend. The man guiding us through the process was very helpful, patient, and energetic but still allowed us to try and hone in on the craft on making pasta. He made it really easy and explained the tips and tricks to make this happen easily at home. At the very end we not only got to try our pasta but we received recipes for each of the things we made. I love doing hands on activities and learning about what make it work. I would definitely recommend this tour to everyone!

Maria was absolutely amazing. She taught us how to make fresh pasta and tiramisu completely from scratch, and made the entire experience both fun and approachable. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and patient, and explained every step in a way that made everyone feel comfortable and involved. You could tell she truly loves what she does, and her passion made the class even more special. The food was delicious, and the experience was one of the highlights of our trip. I can’t recommend Maria highly enough.

Our pasta and tiramisu making experience was one of the top experiences of our trip, and we did everything we could possibly squeeze in. The cost was reasonable for the experience, the teacher was incredible, engaging, funny and knowledgeable, she encouraged and answered all questions well. All other members of staff we encountered there were great, too. I'd thoroughly recommend this experience for anyone going to Rome.

Had the best time with my daughter and made new friends. Knowledgeable and mixed in humor along the way, we also got to enjoy the fruits of our labor. Pasta making is a labor of love!

Maria was great! Very engaging and entertaining. We made fettuccine and tiramisu, glass of wine during dinner with limoncello after. Very good. The length of the activity was perfect and dinner was served quickly once we sat down.

This was a last minute addition to our trip and I'm glad we did it! Cooking really isn't my thing but this was fun! I feel like I'm ready to open a food truck and start selling anything with pasta....but then I remember, cooking really isn't my thing. Our chef, Lori, is what made it such a fun time. She knows her craft and was patient enough to work with us (well....me) that knows nothing about creating food. A+ to Lori! If you have the chance I highly recommend you give this a go. Even if cooking isn't your thing, it's still a lot of fun learning something new.
