This experience stars by making tiramisu. Then the pasta. Then eating it all with wine and coffee or limoncello. Furio was kind and patient as I have an allergy. He ensured I was safe and delicious.

The food was good and the instructor was clear. However, the tables are very low. I'm 5'7" and had to hunch over the entire class. Taller people struggled even more. Saw a cockroach on my way back from the bathroom.

I attended the pasta and tiramisu class, my husband and I, led by chef Lory, who welcomed us warmly and proved to be very professional with a class of people from all over the world. It was a lot of fun. I highly recommend it.

I took a class with Chef Lory who was kind, competent and nice. I don't know if I'll make pasta at home but I know how to make it.
