What To Expect
After you reserve a seat, inform us your hotel location by email. We will reply with an estimated pickup time. Either we can pick up at your hotel or you have to walk to the main street (if your hotel is at a narrow lane that the bus can not access). You will have a 4-hour drive from Hanoi city to Pu Luong with a stop halfway. Expected arrival time to Pu Luong is 11:30 with normal traffic. Many hotels in Pu Luong are at valleys, remote villages. Inform us your hotel name in Pu Luon in advance. We let you know if you can be dropped off at hotel or not. If you would like to go back Hanoi by bus in next days, contact us via email.

5.00The shuttle service is great. Communication is clear. It picks up from your hotel from Hanoi old quarter and drop you in front of your PL home stay / resort. The staff is lovely. I left my bag on the shuttle and get back immediately after noticed the staff. Highly recommended. 接驳车服务很好，沟通顺畅，工作人员友善且守时。车辆会从河内老城区的酒店接人，并把你直接送到 Pu Luong（PL）的民宿/度假村门口。我把包落在车上，通知工作人员后立刻就帮我找回了。强烈推荐！

5.00We did a 2D1N tour in Pu Luong with an amazing guide on both days (Quoc, I hope I remember his name correctly). Food at the stay was amazing and mostly of local origin. Weather is very demanding for local walks in the summer sun, but lots of forests and frequent breaks make it still enjoyable. Rafting was nice, especially the swimming in a river after.
Top tour operator, I can 100% recommend.

5.00We booked a self-assembled trip from Hanoi via Pu Luong, Ninh Bin and back to Hanoi. My contact person was Doris, she was always available (24/7) and always responded immediately with top recommendations. The process was straightforward and exemplary. I can recommend this organization 100%. Everything worked out fine. The driver was on time, the guides always on site, set up and helpful.

5.00We spent 3 days and 2 nights in Pu Luong, during the stay we saw exceptional landscapes, special mention also for our guide Tần who made us discover this region and the local population in the best way with his good humor and kindness. The homestay in which we slept was also great, the really kind and attentive team made sure that we never lacked anything. Thank you for this stay that we are not ready to forget!
