1.00Would not recommend this company for airport transfers, their policy states they will wait 30 minutes from your plane’s “actual arrival,” but do not take into consideration taxiing time to gate, luggage retrieval and customs after the arrival time. Once we arrived at our gate, got our luggage and went through customs it was over an hour and our driver had already left. When we called, they stated the driver had tried to call, but we did not receive any calls and were able to make several other calls during this time. After giving them time stamps of these events in an effort to receive a refund, they still would not refund us. I would suggest just getting a taxi from the airport, they were great and less than half the cost of this airport transfer

5.00As we exited customs our driver was waiting with a sign with our name. He was prompt, and courteous. Upon arriving at our hotel he brought the luggage in for us. Just peace of mind after a long day of travel.
