  Absolutely smooth ride. Jamie was on time and very personable. He made the journey very pleasant. If you ever need to go to Nottingham after landing at Heathrow, it’s well worth it to arrange a private transfer.

  We have used Aura Journeys for approx 10 years now so they are due a review as promised. Honestly exceptional service from a team that impresses every time. Always go the extra mile and actually forms part of our holiday or day out. From the start both Paula and Amy are so helpful with the booking and email all confirmation. Text updates as to where the driver is always given and very helpful. Nick runs a very well established business and would highly recommend to anyone. Getting off a long or short haul flight and finding Aura waiting at any airport is worth its weight in gold. The Drivers are all professional and always at hand, all using various traffic information to avoid traffic and queues. We always look out for who is the GoPC every time, special mention to Jamie, Keith, Ian, Martyn and Simon who are all fantastic. Sorry if I have forgotten anyone. Many memorable times and many ahead.   We were attending a family event in Nottingham and had to try to find a way to get from London Heathrow out to Nottingham. It seems that most people take the train, but upon looking into rail service knowing that we would have baggage with us, the train did not seem like an option. We tried to find a car service, and most companies wanted to charge outrageous prices or had very poor cancellation policies. However, while searching for reviews, we happened upon Aura Journeys, a small, family-owner transportation company based in Nottingham. We are so very happy that we found this truly AMAZING company, as they provided some of the best car transportation services that we have ever experienced in all of our travels! From our first interaction with Aura Journeys to simply request a quote, we knew that we had found the perfect company! A representative responded to our request faster than any other company, and they were so friendly. Within a matter of minutes, we had booked our round-trip transfers from London to Nottingham. From that point on, it was nothing but excellent communication -- receiving prompt confirmations and information about our journey and driver. Truly, some of the best communication from any car transportation service that we have ever experienced! Upon arrival at London Heathrow, our extremely friendly driver was waiting exactly where he was supposed to be. He quickly assisted us with our luggage and got us to an extremely luxurious van that had very comfortable seating and ample storage space. He provided us with company-branded water, and gave us lots of information about the area during our 2.5 hour drive to Nottingham. We could not have been happier with our experience! And, as our experience had been so amazing, throughout the journey we provided information to our other family members who had already arrived -- via train -- into Nottingham about our experience. I guess the train with a lot of luggage and children had not been fun, as they met us when we pulled into the hotel so that they could see the vehicle Aura Journeys utilized. Within a matter of hours of seeing how wonderful the vehicles were, and how polite the staff were, they canceled their return train tickets and booked their return to London Heathrow with Aura Journeys instead. So, our own outbound experience was so amazing that Aura Journeys earned not only our return trip but our family's as well. But, it did not end there -- Aura Journey's truly managed to save our family's vacation! Unfortunately, the airline failed to load my family's luggage for their journey from Boston to London. Although they promised to deliver their luggage to them in Nottingham the following day, we all were very sad to learn the next day that the airline was now refusing to bring the bags to Nottingham. So, at the very last minute -- with less than three hours until the Luggage Courier closed in London, we called Aura Journeys and asked if there was any possible way that they could help and get us to London in time to pick-up the baggage and save our trip. They were so extremely empathetic and helpful, and they quickly managed to arrange a special round-trip ride for us late on a Saturday evening to pick-up our luggage. In all of my years utilizing car services, I have never found a more friendly and emphatic company as Aura Journeys -- they manged to truly save our family's vacation, and they provided us with truly excellent service on all of our drives with them. If you ever need car transfers from London to Nottingham, or throughout London and Scotland as they offer transfers to numerous destinations, I cannot recommend Aura Journeys highly enough! This is truly the best car service around, and with its reasonable rates, excellent staff and customer service, I can think of no other company that I would ever use for car transportation in London or Nottingham!

  We were met at Heathrow airport by Gary our driver, who helped us take our baggage to the car. We were then quickly on our way back to Nottinghamshire. The Mercedes was extremely clean and comfortable. Gary drove extremely well and the journey home was completed very comfortably, making a perfect end to a wonderful holiday without any of the stress of driving ourselves, and particularly the rail and tube/connecting journeys, which have often been a nightmare. Thank you again to Aura Journeys for a wonderful transfer to Heathrow.

  After having a disastrous experience with British Airways, on extremely short notice Aura was able to drive me from Nottingham to Heathrow to retrieve our baggage that BA was unable to get to us before we left the country. I cannot thank everyone at Aura Journeys enough. We then used them to travel back to London because of the great experience we had. I would highly recommend Aura to anyone looking for a seamless transfer between airport and hotel. The vehicles were new and spotless, while the drivers were incredibly nice and knowledgeable. Thank you!

  I booked Aura to collect my son, his wife their toddler and a baby from Heathrow on 26th March and the return journey on 8th April. I cannot praise them enough .The limousines arrived on time, were spotlessly clean and both Mike and Jamie the chauffeurs were very professional and went above and beyond to help with the children, luggage etc. My son and daughter in law both said it really did take all the stress out of travelling with young children. Thank you to all the Aura team we will certainly recommend you to our friends and family

  We used Aura for both travelling to Heathrow and the return trip. The journey to the airport was further complicated due to a very late flight cancellation. In both instances the drivers were prompt and kept us informed of their location and pick up points. Vehicles were immaculate and well equipped. Thank you Aura.

  We were picked up in a beautiful van with very comfortable seats. Jamie was an excellent driver and was waiting for us when we arrived. So much easier than taking the train and with 3 people can be less expensive than taking the train
