All our piers are step-free and wheelchair accessible except for Cadogan, London Bridge City and Wandsworth Riverside Quarter piers. This is because the brow can become too steep, dependant on the tide, at these locations, making it unsafe for wheelchair users.
Tickets are valid within all zones West - Central and East (between Putney and Barking Riverside piers).
Tickets are not valid on The O2 express services.

Only certain models of mobility scooter can travel on Uber Boat by Thames Clippers vessels. Whilst some mobility scooters will fit, some are too large. Please contact Uber Boat by Thames Clippers directly.
You can get on the boat and travel at any of our piers .
Children up to the age of 10 must always be accompanied by an adult.
Tickets are valid for the day selected during booking for 1 Day unlimited journeys from anywhere between Putney and Barking Riverside.
Boarding is based on a first come first served basis

4.00The boat would be better if the tv screen occasionally showed the route and pier that it was arriving, since they want you up and ready to disembark before they reach the pier. Hated the cable cars. Need to advise alternate ways to leave the area without having to take them back over. It would be nice if the boat serviced the other side of the River, as well. The last pick up location we found was North Greenwich pier.

3.00Don’t try and get a return boat from Greenwich around 2pm ! Attendant on lunch , no one to show open gate to allow us onto the boat . We had to wait 50 minutes for next suitable boat westbound. Staff at this gate were rude and unhelpful! As this is a tourist attraction please note no commentary onboard about landmarks of London , found this to be rookie mistake !
