It’s time to go back to the 1940s. Big Ben no longer sounds. Air raid sirens are the norm. German bombing raids come under cover of darkness. The population lives with rations and restrictions. Many Brits lay down their lives in Europe and beyond.
With your local expert guide, you will keep calm and carry on, learning about the British resolve and getting the inside scoop on the truth behind Westminster in wartime on this walking tour past important monuments like the Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, the Cenotaph, Ministry of War, 10 Downing Street and Whitehall.
After your small group experience, bid your new-found friend and guide a fond farewell to descend into the War Rooms. At your own pace, discover the miles of strategic bunkers where Winston Churchill and his cabinet were to conduct their part in WW2. This unforgettable location is frozen in time and ready to be discovered once again.

My husband and I loved this tour. We had an awesome tour guide (He did a spot on Churchill Impression) and we learned so much on the walk towards the Churchill War Room. He made sure we were all set for the audio tour which you do at your own pace. It was fascinating and would highly recommend.

Jeremy was an excellent tour guide. Very knowledgeable and informative while he walked us through all the iconic spots along Parliament House and love his stories about World War 2. The Churchill War Museum itself is a must. Truly transported me back to those stressful war days time. One can't help but admire and be amazed at how Churchill ran and won the war from there. Highly recommend this tour if you are a war enthusiast.

Babs gave a phenomenal tour. We highly recommend it. This tour was limited to a small group. Everyone had time to see the sights and ask and answer questions. The knowledge and enthusiasm of the tour guide were outstanding.
