Luxury Private Cabin: A private space where you can sleep, watch movies, or read with a limited number of cabins per bus. 2. Luxury Limousine Bus: Features reclining seats for comfort. 3. Sleeping Bed: Provides individual beds, slightly smaller (40%) than the Luxury Cabin but comfortable for one person, with more beds available per bus. 5.00Great experience, would definitely do again. Cozy little sleeper bus, comfortable, a few stops between Hanoi and Sapa for bathroom breaks. Water provided.

5.00I thought the luxury bus travel was sensational. I had my doubts about it and am really pleased to have tried it & will most certainly travel this way again in future. Much better than flying. Arrived in Sapa rested & ready to go. It is not for everyone however. We were in the lower bunks & getting in & out would be difficult for those in not very good physical shape. I am 77 & my partner 71 - we are both quite fit & managed with just a little difficulty. We both loved it.

5.00The minivan picked us up at our hotel on time which is fantastic arrived out our next destination had to wait a little bit but not a concern off on our trip to Sa pa the rooms were comfortable as I am 6.2 feet rest stops well organised so if you want to go to Sa pa this is the way to do it And the communication between myself and Daisy was fantastic Thanks very much

5.00Very happy with how the trip went. We were picked on time, I had the upper sleeper, and it was a good fit. Stopped twice for 30 minutes each, but be aware that there isn't a lot of variety.

3.00Saoviet Bus Company. Safe and economic ride from Sapa to Hanoi. Bought tickets two days before and they did not put us together. Found out at bus depot and they would not adjust our seating. Employees at depot and on bus were very rude and aggressive. Probably better for non foreigners.

4.00The bus was efficient. The people communicated well on WhatsApp when we were lost at the airport to find them (make sure you find out where floor 2 is through the stairs if you get picked up at Hanoi airport). The wifi worked great on the way there but my charger didn’t work and on the way back my charger worked but the wifi didn’t. However, we felt safe, it is far more comfortable going on this kind of lay down bus even if you are tall as I am 183cm and it was FAR nicer than sitting on a bus. The aircon was great and they supplied a blanket and pillow to make you comfortable. If you get travel sick bring sick bags as there are on none on the bus. They provide you with a water bottle and tissue packet. The bus drivers don’t speak very good english but try their best, so if you need anything, make sure you have sorted it through WhatsApp before. Would use them again if going elsewhere and needing a bus to get there in Vietnam! I forgot to say, the chairs even have a massage function which is pretty cool. There is also a tv if you want to watch it with their headphones.
The Sapa trekking tour and the Fansipan trip — both were amazing.

5.00The private cabin was truly luxurious for us, and we had a wonderful experience:!!!. Their vehicle picked us up directly from our hotel and dropped us off at our hotel in Sapa. From Sapa to Noi Bai Airport, we saved a lot of time and money by not having to return to Hanoi city center before flying out.!!!!!!!!!! The local travel experts team supported us with every question we had. I also booked the Sapa trekking tour and the Fansipan trip — both were amazing. 4.00Pretty good service! The shuttles picked us all up in good time, then took us to the big bus for travel. It was very comfy and they had everything you’d need for a comfy journey, and you could definitely sleep well on it so long as you’re under 6’0. That said, the bus was a little over-worked and needed a couple breaks on the way up the hill to Sapa.
