5.00Excellent experience for my transfer to the airport. The driver arrived on time. Very helpful driving was perfect. I got there in 45 minutes despite the traffic. On the cake I didn’t even have to share my ride. I was a little scared because I didn’t have much communication when I booked, but everything went very well. It’s really the best way to get to the airport from Manhattan. And cheap!

5.00The driver was a wonderful man whom was respected by the hotel staff and the drive was easy and pleasant to experience versus disgust with having to drive in New York to get the passengers to their destination. Great conversationalist, as welll.

1.00I booked this shared airport transfer through the Viator app. My booking was confirmed but I noticed that although there was a confirmed collection date and pickup point, there was no collection time. I called the shuttle service provider on the number provided by Viator on the booking and despite booking and confirmation numbers on the app, the shuttle service provider had no record of the booking in their system. They also confirmed that although my booking showed a 90th st collection point, they do not do pickups from anywhere above 76th street. Despite the app saying I could cancel and get a refund, when I did request a cancellation the app said the cancellation fee was 100% of what I had paid for the ride. Something is very wrong here. Viator needs to fix this ASAP. I urge people not to book this service through this app until this problem is fixed. It is not reliable, and you can’t get a refund. Make of this what you will.

1.00Truly the worst airport transfers ever experienced. To start the (driver) was 35 min late , I had to load our luggage as he could not manage to lift ours into the rear of the vehicle. On taking our seats we spoke to our fellow passenger and he informed our that he had already been on the bus for 45mins not only that but 15min later he astounded us by stating he had arrived back to where he had started!! The journey progressed very slowly and with many near misses , driving was erratic and scary with the driver more interested in his mobile/ radio the keeping his eyes on the road.His road sense was lacking as he continuously dropped too far back allowing a multitude of vehicles to cut in front . Three and a half hours later we eventually arrived at terminal 8 via terminal 1 .Our fellow passenger missed his flight due to all the above which could have been avoided with more cooperation and information.
