5.00Great activity! Started and ended on schedule and easy to find. Francesco was our chef for the lesson - pleasant, lively, knowledgeable and funny. He engaged all of us. Viator made easy with booking and getting tickets too. Food we made was delicious as well. Nice atmosphere and great meal - we did over lunch and great! I would recommend this activity - location, meal and chef - perfect!

5.00I had so much fun learning to make pasta and tiramisu. I learned new techniques and about the different flours here in Italy. Everyone in the class made their own dough, rolled it out and then cut it into noodles. So much fun. Then we learned to make tiramisu. My husband and I ate too much of our portion of the mascarpone filling for the tiramisu we didn’t have enough left to cover the top but who cares!! It was delicious and it still tasted heavenly. We then had our pasta prepared with a sauce of our choice and that was so good. This class is fun and Frederico is a good teacher.
10/10 recommend!
