We have used Hop on Hop off in many cities. This was the worst. The buses came every half hour and many times were too full so had to wait another half hour. Also they had people speaking and most were not the best. We really like having the ear buds with the recording so if you have already heard it you can unplug. We feel we did not get our money’s worth in New Orleans

Well, let’s hope you don’t need customer service before you get on the bus… we tried calling the number and utilizing the chat and received not one response. Once on the bus it was a good experience but like I said, you better hope you don’t need to contact them.

Comfortable ride with funny, but knowledgeable guides. Great walking tours, fantastic little places to eat at and explore along the way for those adventurous. Tip your guide they work it.

Swamp Boat Tour, was very nice. I missed most of what the bus driver said because he spoke so quietly, or his mic was turned down very low. That was a disappointment. The boat itself was great. The Jazz dinner cruise was ok. The "assembly line" feeling of going to the dining room for the buffet was not very smooth, and the service was not good, instructions were not clear. The food was quite good. Also disappointing not to actually see the entertainment. Had I known, we would have not had the dinner but had gone directly to the deck where the band was to stake out a viewing seat. The Hop on, Hop off was pretty much as expected. All the drivers and other staff on the buses were informative, helpful and very engaging.
