Check-in is 45 minutes prior to the scheduled flight time. Failure to do so may result in extended wait times or forfeiture of flight.
A $40 (USD) heliport fee per person (including infants) is due at check-in.
Due to comfort and weight / balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 250lbs (113kgs) will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour. 300-lb (136kg) maximum weight per passenger.
All passengers including children must have a government-issued ID/Passport or you may be denied your flight.
Please note, that audio language selection is not guaranteed and is based on availability. Should more than 2 languages be requested on the same flight, the audio commentary may default to English. Due to the unpredictable nature of technical difficulties, we cannot provide assurance for the audio functionality of the headsets.
All flight times are approximate and subject to change due to weather conditions and weight restrictions.

5.00We made an approximately 25 minute sightseeing flight around Manhattan. The execution was straightforward and professional. The whole team was very friendly. The view from the helicopter was breathtaking and a unique experience. We would make this flight again anytime.

5.00Truly amazing experience... It was my first time on a helicopter. First adrenaline, than trust of a proffesional pilot made my experience exceptional and really calm. Truly feel like winning a lottery that is worth taking to have a chance to sit in front! Thank you Zip Aviation and Viator!

2.00Despite myself and another passenger requesting commentary during our flight we received absolutely nothing. The pilot communicated to us thru our headsets and responded to a question from me at the beginning of the flight (so headsets were working) and the gave us nothing, despite questions. Totally disrespectful and so disappointing not to know what we were flying over and what to look out for. He gave us total silence.
