1.00I am very disappointed and upset after today’s experience with the New York Princess Cruise. We had planned this outing to celebrate my friend’s birthday, and I attended with my 10-year-old son, along with others in our group who had purchased a total of seven tickets. From my wallet, I paid for two of them, one for me and the other for my son. The cruise was scheduled to depart at 5:30 PM, and we arrived at 5:15 PM, clearly on time. However, to our shock, the doors were already closed, and we were not allowed to board. Despite our attempts to speak to the staff on site, we were ignored and left standing outside, confused and upset. It was heartbreaking, especially because this was supposed to be a special celebration. I was also deeply distressed trying to manage the situation with my little boy while being disregarded by the staff. We asked them to open the door, but they humiliated us, saying that the next one would come and we would have to wait. This experience ruined what should have been a beautiful day, and I am respectfully requesting a full refund for the tickets purchased by us. I also urge the company to review the conduct of the staff who were on duty, as their lack of empathy and professionalism made the situation even worse. I hope to receive a timely response and resolution to this issue. Please ensure steps are taken so other families don’t face the same kind of treatment in the future.

1.00Do not book this cruise. We booked this cruise via booking.com and were at their dock 30 minutes early. Waited for 1:15 minutes with my two toddlers in the cold, but the vessel never showed up. All calls to their support phone went unanswered. There was another party who had booked them via a travel agent. We all tried all possible ways of contacting someone with information but could not reach anyone. Day after, they sent an email asking us to leave a positive review with a link to this page. So, this is as positive as I can write this review. Recieved no refund. No appology.
