Jim Q. was a truly wonderful guide and storyteller. His firsthand account of his actual experience that fateful morning brought the event even more into focus for us. He obviously cares deeply about honoring those who sacrificed on 9/11. Being a guide is much, much more that just a job to Jim Quinn and we feel very fortunate to have been blessed with his care and attention on our first visit to the 9/11 Memorial.

Dave brought the tragedy to life and explained all about the area and how it has evolved after the terrorist attack. It was a very worthwhile tour and we thoroughly enjoyed it

Paul Kelly was a great guide. I learned so much more than I would have by just walking around. He had lots of personal stories to share and asked/listened to our stories of that day as well. Highly recommend.

While most of us experienced 9/11 in our own way, having the experience detailed for us by our private guide made this a memorable day. Rob Maass was our guide who took time to describe for us everything we saw during our tour and shared his own thoughts. Our tickets with him helped us "skip the line" for the Museum, giving us extra time to explore. Worth every penny, we highly recommend this tour and Rob!

Tim, Our guide from Viator was a 5 Star Tour Guide. Not only did he interact with every member of our 5 person Tour he was very genuine, and made us all very curious to hear his personal story tied to the Tragic Day in USA history. Our party of 5 would have never known the deatiled stories behind the memorial had we did it ourselves. If you are wanting a fantastic Tour of the 911 memorial, and a unique perspective then ask for Tim! Tim knows Manhattan, as he has lived and worked in NYC for more than two decades. Thanks again Tim from all 5 of us for the informative, educational Tour of the 911 memorial. PS send us the link to your TV commercials from the past. JD

Tim was our tour guide and it was a true pleasure to meet him. Knowledgable, warm & friendly we left feeling like we had made a new friend. Tim honoured the memory of those who perished and those who gave their lives. This was an experience we won’t ever forget.
