Our guide spoke and understood perfect English. He was so kind and knowledgeable. Kids need to be kept busy on holidays and it was a great way to keep us all entertained.

Phil is the most passionate tour guide / friend we met in this short trip to Ninh Binh. We have learnt so much about this beautiful city. I haven’t done much research and wasn’t aware that it was winter time in Hanoi. Phil has offered his jacket to me out of goodwill which I truly appreciate. Continue doing what you love, Phil! We hope to visit other parts of Vietnam one day. :)

Hike to top of mountain requires balance and knees. Everyone complained about bicycle seats and pain. Overall wonderful experience, though.

Fun filled trip with lots of sights, biking, hiking and boat ride. Phil was an outstanding tour guide - easy to get along with - lots of insights and perfect English. The ride back and forth from Hanoi was comfortable. Lalita Hotel was very nice and a short ride from town.
