It was my first visit to Vietnam, so I was unsettled. Everything was strange to me but once I met Hoang car, all anxious was gone. He was kind, nice and polite. I was very satisfied with him and his service. I strong recommend him to all tourist and visitor. Absolutely I will pick him if I revisit Ha Noi.

Booked with this company online as I saw good reviews and they didn't disappoint. Hoang was Very interactive from beginning to the end on WhatsApp showing pictures of where to wait and car registration. No hassle transfer to the hotel, very clean car. At the end of my trip, I also used them to transfer from hotel to airport and their price is very competitive, even slightly cheaper than Grab. Highly recommend this company coming to Hanoi Vietnam.

We engaged Mr Hoang to provide Airport transfer service from Noi Bai International Airport to hotel in Hanoi city on 6 Dec 2025. The service is excellent. The drivers were punctual, polite and helpful. The cars were cleaned and we had a pleasant journeys. Mr Hoang was responsive and attentive to answer my queries who first time visiting Vietnam. Mr Hoang also provides car services for private day tour and other cities airport transport. His price was reasonable and we continued to engage him for car service between hotel in Da Nang and Ba Na Hill on 13-14 Dec 2025.

Engaged Hoang Car Services through Agoda for my trip to Hanoi. An email was sent to me to contact Mr. Hoang, who confirmed my bookings to and from the hotel promptly. Details of the driver as well as the car plate number was sent on the day of the booking, so you would know what vehicle to look out for. The drivers are also punctual 👍🏻 Would recommend booking their airport transfer services to anyone coming to Hanoi 😊

This was the best way to start our trip to Hanoi. The service was incredibly efficient, our driver was waiting for us, and we hopped on immediately without any waiting around. It was a smooth and easy ride from Noi Bai straight to our hotel door in the Old Quarter. Highly recommended if you want a stress free arrival!
