Excellent tour with our guide John Bow. John had a sense of humour, was very open to questions, explained the history of what we saw and his voice carried (which is helpful in a busy and at times noisy city). This tour was perfect for us, with limited time, and provided the highlights of NYC. We stopped for lunch (45min) and kept on going. We bought the One World Trade Centre observatory addition which had amazing views!!

You'll see and experience more than you would from the inside of a bus. It is an all day walking tour so wear appropriate shoes. Our guide, John Bow was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and as an actor he was very good with people. We debated which tour to take, we're glad we did this one.

Rob was an incredible guide! His knowledge of the city was unparalleled, he was extremely personable and friendly, and he encouraged discussion and questions along the way. His helpful hints, facts, and trivia are bound to make me a champion in any kind of trivia competition I compete in ever again! Seriously, my son and I had our first trip to New York City and he made it amazing. Thank you, “Five Star Rob”!

We only had one full day in NYC, but we are so glad that we booked the NYC in a Day Tour and would recommend it to anyone looking to orient themselves with the city. This tour covers some of the top highlights and isn’t too taxing, we also appreciated that it was a small group of just 7 people. We had fun taking the Staten Island Ferry and were glad to have our guide Mindy show us the ends and outs of the subway. Mindy was so knowledgeable, friendly and just an all-around top notch guide who ensure that we had a great experience!
