Took a private tour with friends for the 2 hour city tour, Kevin was our tour guide and wonderful. He was so knowledgeable of the city since he was a native. He made several stops for us to get out for pictures too! He also picked us up and dropped us off at our Hotel which was very convenient . We saw so many sections of SF and gained so much more insight of the city.

We had a great, but cold, early morning tour on the private, 2-hour exploration of San Francisco. We were picked-up from our hotel by Dylan and he proved to be very knowledgeable of the city. Our group of 4 enjoyed all the highlights, especially the views of the Golden Gate Bridge and outstanding Focaccia bread! Thank you for a great start to our weekend.

Booked a city tour with Dylan’s. Our tour guide was Row. He was very knowledgeable as well as entertaining. We were very empresses with this tour. We were only in San Francisco for three days, so this was a great way to view San Francisco and know what we would love to come back and visit. Ilookforward to booking another tour with Dylan’s.

It was our first trip to San Francisco, so one the first full day we took a 2 1/2 hour minibus tour with Dylan's Tours. Well worth the price and time. The driver was very knowledgeable and gave us ideas of how to best spend the rest of our 10-day vacation. I highly recommend Dylan's Tours.

My daughter and I were booked on a 2.5 hour Dylan City Adventure tour on 9 November 2017. A couple of days beforehand we received an email offering us a free upgrade to the full day tour, including Muir Woods and Sausalito. Unfortunately we were unable to do so because of lack of time, so instead we joined this larger tour, but were met at the end of our tour at the Golden Gate bridge by the owner, Dylan, to be driven back to Fishermans Wharf in his personal vehicle. We felt that this attention to customer service was exemplary and was very much appreciated. Dylan even added to our tour on the drive back by mentioning many landmarks and interesting facts on the way. The tour itself was amazing. Our guide was a local resident who had lived in San Francisco all his life and was able to provide a unique insight into the history of the city. We appreciated the additional stops, which we did not expect from the website description - especially the walk around Haight-Ashbury. Congratulations on providing a superb insight into San Francisco. We chose Dylan's in preference to the many other tours on offer mainly because of the website and the various review sites and we were certainly not disappointed. It turned out to be an excellent choice and the highlight of our brief stay in the city. Many thanks to all involved in making our stay so enjoyable.

This 2 1/2 hour tour is a great introduction to San Francisco. It was small enough (14 people maximum) to get individual attention and to be able to enjoy all the sites. Our tour guide, Marlin, was great - informative and friendly. We went to many neighborhoods (Chinatown, Haight- Ashbury, Mission, City Hall area, Castro among others) and ended in Sausolito and Marlin had great information to share on all. I highly recommend this tour whether it is your first and 10th time in San Francisco.

We decided to book this for our first morning so we could see what we wanted to spend time doing etc, getting our bearings. Brilliant choice the bus was small, with no sides, so your views were great and everyone we met, especially Adam our guide ware really friendly and helpful. We left Fisherman's Wharf with Adam who gave us loads of information about San Francisco's different districts, its geography, and history. We drove through North Beach, Chinatown, Haight-Ashbury, Mission and Castro. We drove to Pacific Heights and houses of significance were shown as we drove slowly to take pictures if we wished. We stopped at Twin Peaks, (amazing photo opportunity here and somewhere you are unlikely to re visit) and stopped in the really lovely Haight-Ashbury. We drove through the Presidio, a former Army base and stopped at Fort Point, for a photo of the bay and Golden Gate Bridge, returning to Fisherman's Wharf. We loved this tour as it was more personal than the big red tour bus and Adam was happy and able to answer any questions, we also have booked a bike the bay day to include the bridge, Sausilito and Muir woods. This was also amazing we collected the push bikes and with helpful staff, a map and instructions we left to bike the Golden Gate Bridge, we left before 10am and were due to meet our minibus in Sausilito at 1.30pm after dropping the bikes off. This was ample time to cycle over (even with a photographer husband), have a walk around and some lunch. The minibus tool as to Muir woods and we had about an hour and half here, this could have been longer. The mini bus the dropped us back off in the city, again as above our guide was informative, helpful and extremely pleasant. I would definitely recommend this company
