Do you love Xiao Lung Bao? Our 8 year old who ranks XLB as S-tier food loved this class. Felicity was a great teacher. She took us around the Jordan wet market where you really get a chance to see how fresh organic meats and produce are sold. The wet market tour was a real highlight for me. OUR daughter loved the class and was real proud of our final dumplings, which we got to steam and eat at the end. Best to bring your appetite and some cash because you should definitely try some foods at the market stalls as the Felicity guides you through. And bring a bag to get some fresh fruit to bring back to your hotel!

Really great experience, our guide/chef kept us informed and busy. The Dumplings were great, even though I made them.

That find at the beginning was a little hard because on the booking app a different metro exit booth than in the mail I had read only after the meeting. I liked the fact that we were shown what a food market looks like, what to look out for when buying something. It was very insightful to learn how mun makes dumplings. And they were also super delicious. Each of us has made about 10, and in the end you might eat them. Really delicious. I recommend this course to anyone who likes to eat dumplings or if you want to serve it in a restaurant

Felicity was a fantastic teacher and guide. She took us through the local market and nearby area, sharing interesting insights along the way. We picked up fresh ingredients before heading to the class, where she showed us how to make dumplings using both homemade and pre-made wrappers. It was helpful to learn both techniques. Felicity’s explanations were clear and easy to follow, and she made the whole process relaxed and fun. Her English speaking skills were also excellent. We did the private class and really enjoyed it—great atmosphere, good music, and delicious dumplings. A truly enjoyable experience from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend this to friends (and already have)!

This class was amazing. A small group of 6 including us, very nice people and Feliz did really teach us how to make dumplings from scratch. Excellent way to know more about the culture and the cantonese food.
