The place has some amazing art but our audio guide was not working properly. So it was difficult to understand what we were seeing

Great experience. Sad that there was a conference in the cinquecento room. If we had known we would have booked for a different day

Definitely a place you'll want to see if you are interested in Florence history (and of course the Medici family). The are some very interesting works of art, and great views of Florence.

I paid 115 euros for 4 skip the line tickets to visit the Palazzo Vecchio in Firenze. The price written on each ticket was 12.5 euros. More than double, unacceptable. Avoid!

The room of the 500 was absolute great- but to be honest- if you Book with Audio guide than your expectation is that you will receive a Headset therefore and not to install an App via WhatsApp App - this is not the Service i expect when I book
