Rome offers a special chance to join a Catholic tradition and see Pope Leone XIV during the Wednesday Papal Audience. This moving event brings together people from around the world. Watch the Pope and Cardinals greet the crowd, offer blessings, and share hymns and homilies. With pre-booked tickets, you’ll sit closer, follow everything with an audio device, and get support from a local guide.
The Audience is held in St. Peter’s Square or Nervi Hall, based on the Vatican’s schedule. If outdoors, enjoy a scenic walk past Castel Sant’Angelo and along Via della Conciliazione. A guide will help you through security and find your seat. After it ends around 11:30 AM, meet your guide again to return the headset.

It Was ok. Nothing special compared to me falling in line and not getting a tour. No If you come at 7 am you can get in faster

I am writing to express my total frustration with my recent experience. We were 15 minutes late for a tour for which we paid $550, and the staff, particularly an Asian woman, were unhelpful and extremely rude. Instead of offering us help or options, he completely rejected us, even though we were a group of seven. The tickets we received were practically free, and we felt scammed after paying such a high price. When we expressed our concerns, she made the situation worse by threatening to call the police and following us. This behavior is unacceptable to anyone working in the hospitality industry. I urge you to reconsider your contract staff, as this experience left us discouraged and frustrated.

When I booked it, the site indicated we would have seats. We are in our 80’s and after standing in line and waiting for over 2 hours, we were terribly disappointed to discover we would be standing for 2 more hours throughout the audience, and we simply couldn’t do that, so we left without seeing the Pope. Not a good experience.

Great experience, the meeting spot was easy to find. The guide was very experienced and took use thru a special gate. We went to a section and was directed to an area to get our seat. The location was very close where the Pope passed and we were less than 10 feet from him. The crowd was huge but we were in a great spot thanks to our guide.

Meeting place was too far from the queue and too late. By the time we started queueing, there were so many people ahead of us already. Because the line was packed, many of us trailed behind and eventually got separated from the group. Audio receivers kept losing connection because of the increasing/ decreasing distance to the guide so we couldn’t understand what she was saying. When we got past security, tried looking for the group to rejoin but couldn’t find them. So essentially, no advantage with this tour. Could’ve entered for free at much better time and queue without the tour help. It was a wasted €50 per person.

If you want to see the Pope up close, this is the tour to take! There are thousands of people everywhere so having a guide lead you through the crowd and security makes it so much easier. Our guide knew exactly where to take us to see the Pope up close! This was a wonderful experience and we highly recommend this tour!!

Very organized process before the tour, leave on time and the guide Monica is very informative and protective. She also tells the intruders who want to cut the line to go back to the end of the queue 👍👏❗

Helpful to navigate lines and obtain good seats. Pointed out direction in which the pope would travel through on the popemobile.

We requested these tickets from the Vatican and did not pay. I recommend that route first. It is such a beautiful and memorable experience if you are in Rome on a Wednesday on which these events are held. We arrive about 7:30 am and were able to find a seat which made waiting much more comfortable. Pope Leo is so joyful and the atmosphere is so festive when he drives around in the popemobile.

Laura was amazing with not only giving us information on the process of the ceremony but background as well. I got great pictures of the Pope because of her direction and help. She was fantastic!
