The full master class includes a step-by-step guide on how to make handmade pasta dough, combine ingredients, create the perfect filling, and finish with a delicious and indulgent sauce. With expert guidance from experienced Roman chefs, participants will be able to roll, cut and fill their ravioli to perfection.

To complement the pasta, the activity also includes bottomless wine, expertly selected to pair perfectly with the delicious ravioli. With an ample selection of high-quality wines, participants can choose their preferred pairing and fully enjoy the culinary experience.

Finally, the Pasta Making Class: Ravioli & Tiramisu by the Colosseum takes place close to a location that provides a stunning backdrop for the event. The Colosseum is one of the most iconic landmarks in Rome, and participants will have the opportunity to take in the beauty of the famous ancient monument while indulging in an authentic culinary experience.

Ravioli Crafting: Guests are guided through making delicious ravioli, covering filling, shaping, and folding. Tiramisu Creation: Attendees learn to make the classic tiramisu, focusing on the exact layering needed for a mouthwatering result. Hands-On Practice: Participants create their own ravioli and tiramisu, applying their skills with the chef's guidance. Tasting Experience: Finally, guests enjoy a tasting session, savoring the dishes they've prepared.

Omg! So where do I begin. I HAD THE BEST NIGHT EVER! It was my 21st birthday and I spontaneously booked here with my mom and twin in the day. I had 0 expectations as I am a Muslim in Italy and I can’t eat most food (which I am completely okay with) but they accommodated our catering needs which I appreciate so much! Alessandro what a guy!! So lovely and fun! Made us all feel so welcome and he made the night great! Okay now on to the food! I love food and flavour and let me just say IT WAS DELICIOUS!! Yum yum nothing more rewarding than making great food IN ROME!! This with be a story I tell my grandchildren! A beautiful night with great company I have fallen in love with Rome and the amazing people here! Thank you Alessandro you were spectacular and made today so special for us! Will never forget today one of the best days of my life!

Marco, Alessandro, and Ian were wonderful. We had an absolute blast doing the pizza and gelato masterclass, and we loved it so much that we signed up the very next day for the pasta and tiramisu class as well. The little recipe books are so cute, and being able to cook, create, and eat everything together was such a wholesome experience. They truly make you feel like part of the family.

The overall experience was amazing: the space, the food and specially Jacopo and Samir, who were very attentive with not only the class but also any request, doubt and comment we had.
