1.00WE Are 4 senior citizens and we had to drag 4 luggage bags that weighed 70 lbs. each across 4 parking lots to get to the parked car. We had to do that for more than a quarter of a mile for heaven's sake. That was ridiculous. We should have been picked up in front of the terminal. then, we got in the van and it had baby seats in it that took up space for no reason.

2.00Driver was 20 minutes late as she didn’t know ther port terminal. Lots of chaos texting contact info snd photos back and forth to try to get her there. I don’t know what the law is in New Zealand, but almost everywhere in the US texting snd driving is a serious violation comparable to drinking snd driving. Unprofessional.
Excellent service our driver Rahul did a phenomenal job. Meeting us at the airport and driving us to our hotel!
