  This is scam Ali is worse person we deal with , we paid for this tour and planned it 2 weeks ago , he canceled our tour the morning of .. without notice and any update , we woke up had early breakfast and waited and waited till we contact him he said your tour is canceled big lie god knows he found more expensive customer and he drop us last mint , that was our last day in Kyoto !!! Also Viator support was not helpful and understand , Do NOt Book with them !! Ali is scam

  Kyoto is an amazing place with a lot of temples and shrines our guide Charith showed us the best options and made the best pictures for us , exceptional help to visit the city in one day

  I came with my husband and two kids. My son has a foot on cast. Our tour guide helped us with kids stroller and skillfully guided us through large crowds. We covered all the 8 spots in a breeze. Our favorite was the Pagoda. Car was very clean and a comfortable ride. Hussain”s communication skills were good and at times he spoke Japanese with the shrines attendants. The only sad part of this trip was that Hussain did not have lunch with us as he does not like Ramen noodles. Overall we had a great time.

  Excellent tour! Malik is extremely knowledgeable of the historical sites and shrines and will provide you with relevant facts about what you are seeing. He knows all of the ins and outs of Kyoto and never ceases to amaze. He made our day trip to Kyoto from Osaka fun, memorable, and utterly effortless. He even tailored the itinerary on the fly to match our interests, ensuring every moment felt personal and immersive. • Overpromised and not worth the price but the driver was nice and pleasant

  Very expensive option for a basic car (not luxury) and driver (no real guide). Driver was pleasant but for nearly 500 bucks, not worth it! We did manage to cover all the key sights during the day but by ourselves .. marketing hype didn’t match the experience. Bahadur Tours needs to pull up it socks .. upgrade guide quality or reduce price.
