5.00Kj was a wonderful driver and tour guide. She worked with us on how much we wanted to see. I travel with a cane and Kj was very accommodating. She found us a great local place for lunch which was fun and good food. Kj was an absolute delight to spend the day with.

1.00Ok as a taxi service. Guide was kind but had little or no explanation of sights we visited. I may has well caught a train and toured on my own. I would never recommend this to anyone.

5.00Our tour guide Ben was terrific! He met us at our hotel and had planned our day! Highlights were Nara Park, the Bamboo forest, Fushimi Inari. The Big Buddha and the Golden Palace. We had a fun lunch and learned so much!

1.00Very poor. Tour guidehardly gave any information and Engli sh was very poor Cannot recommend this guide and Viator for tours. NOT RELIABLE A ND OVERSTATED ON WEBSITE. EE EXPECTED A PERSONAL GUIDE WOULD DO MUCH BETTER.
