1.00They totally stood us up at the location. Ruined our entire day! They did refund us immediately but we were stuck walking around aimlessly. You need reliability when booking these tours. So when they say “book risk free” it’s false advertising - bc they canceling on u last minute is a huge risk when you have limited time on a vacation!

Also, was willing to answer our questions and share her stories with us. She also knew every shaded spot on the tour which was a plus. Truly, the best tour I have ever been on.

The guide was fantastic, kind, attentive...he made you imagine and relive the story, really good, I personally told him that the cost of the guided tour for what we saw is what left us...it was Bass. 1.00We were suppose to receive a refund since we did not go on a private tour and had to go with a group tour. We were told that 250euros would be credited back to our card. That still hasn’t happened.
