The whole day was so beautiful. The views were amazing, we were very lucky to have great weather and enjoyed the entire journey from start to finish. Adnan was a great host and we recommend this trip to anyone who wants to take in all the naturally beautiful that Japan has to offer.

Our trip to Mount Fuji and Hakone was truly a wonderful and pleasant experience, especially as we were traveling with young children. The private transport and hotel pickup made a huge difference, taking all the stress out of navigating with little ones. Our guide, Mr. Atif Cheema, was exceptional. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about all the spots, offering fascinating insights and ensuring we were well taken care of throughout the day. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend it!

Do not use this company under any circumstances, not what was advertised, extra fees that we were not informed about on the itinerary and a tour guide who didn't speak

Ahmed is a really nice and punctual driver. Very responsive and able to communicate English without any issues. Car was comfortable for a six people group, spacious and functioning air conditioner expecially in summer weather. Ahmed gave us short history and provided recommendations for some of the places we visit. Definitely would recommend. Only comment I have is that I wasnt sure which route I was taking until on the day itself. I originally thought we were going everywhere on the itinerary list but ended having to skip Hakone, which is understandable.

Great tour and Atif Cheema was a lovely guide. If you can, leave early to avoid the traffic in the weekend leaving Tokyo. But it was a lovely day and suitable for someone who had mobility issues. Highly recommended.

Asad was a very good driver. My family felt safe. We made it to Station 5 at Mount Fuji, Kitaguchi Hondu Fuji Sengen Shrine (over 1000 years old), Kawaguchi Lake/lunch/ropeway, and finished at Chureito Pagoda (that was a lot of steps up). Traffic was bad on the way back and Asad had to redirect the route. Recommend this tour. We did have to start at 7am so be prepared. Also accommodating to pick up at our Yokohama location. Weather wasn’t terrible but we were unable to see Mount Fuji. It was a risk we knew but it was what worked with our schedule and not pouring rain. Asad English was still in work so need to be patient to explain. Don’t expect a tour guide. Make sure driver talks to parking Attendent to park near the top of Station 5 as they parked us far away. Asad went back for car and drove us after we walked half way for 15 mins. There is a short term parking lot next to the station. Also booked the day before. Make sure to have Line or WhatsApp for communication with driver. Price was reasonable for a hired personal driver with Yokohama pick up. All research showed about $150pp but required to leave Tokyo area which require an 1.5 hour train ride to meeting locations. This was the best compromise for our schedule. If can travel from Tokyo, have more options.

We booked a private tour to Mount Fuji and Hakone, but unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate — Mount Fuji was completely hidden, so we ended up spending the day in Hakone instead. While it was disappointing not to see the mountain, we appreciated that our guide adjusted the plan accordingly and explained the situation clearly. The guide arrived at our hotel on time and was very polite throughout the day. He spoke English well and was easy to understand. He wasn’t Japanese, which may explain why there wasn’t a lot of local storytelling or cultural background during the tour. While we would have enjoyed more in-depth commentary or personal insights, everything was handled professionally and calmly. Hakone itself was still a lovely place to explore, even with the clouds. The tour was well organized and stress-free, and overall we had a pleasant experience despite the change in plans.
