The weather was terrible on the day the driver picked us up. We asked if we should still go or change to a different day and he said yes we should go, 2 hours into the trip it was snowing so bad the car was slipping on the road, it was foggy and snow was piling up all over the road. We told him to turn around and go back to Tokyo. He had us talk to his boss and attempted to take us other places around Tokyo but it was so cold and pouring down rain that we couldn’t do anything. Extremely disappointed in the company, they knew it would be good but feel they put the money ahead of our experience. On top of it the driver was from the Middle East and barely spoke any English. I do not recommend this company and feel we were ripped off of our almost $500.

Great tour, it was having more of a driver rather than a tour guide. Gentleman who picked us up barely spoke any English and did not know anything about the sites which we visited. Wish he had some sort of knowledge of the cultural sites.

This experience was the best!! Mount Fuji is amazing, and we saw some SPECTACULAR views!! Our guide was knowledgeable, helpful and offered GREAT suggestions for things to do. The ice caves will never be forgotten!! 100% worth it! Thank you!!

Amazing day - views of Mount Fuji, lake walks, pagoda visits - just perfect. Our guide, AdI was really good - took us to places we would never have found by ourselves, superb view spots, places to explore. Booked very last minute (the night before) SO glad we did
Too rushed, not feasible to see multiple sites.

I booked a one-day-trip from Tokyo to Mt. Fuji and Hakone, and I feel that the itinerary was not prepared thoroughly. At booking, I was required to pick between two plans but, on the day of our trip, we soon realized that those were just loose recommendations. Our driver/guide was pleasant, but he showed up 20 minutes late, as he has gone to the wrong pick up location. Which was input at the time of booking (Hotel address). Everything felt rushed and we didnt even get to go to Hakone.. Some locations could have been avoided, as there was not much to see, and at some point we felt that our driver was more concerned about going home than sticking to the picked itinerary. Not worth the price $$$.
