Your professional driver will be waiting with a personalized signboard to whisk you off to your hotel of choice. The service is also available from your Hanoi hotel to the airport. When booking, please provide the following: 1, For pick-up: • Airline name, flight number, arrival time. • Hotel name and hotel address 2, For drop-off: • Departure time from hotel ? • What is departure terminal ? T1 for domestic and T2 for international flight. Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. One to two days before your transfer, you will need to reconfirm exact pick-up times and location (the contact number will be provided on your travel voucher).

I booked many services with Hanói Transfer Service in Hanói, Halong Bay, Ninh Binh, Phong Nha, Hue, Hoi An, Dalat and Ho Chi Minh and all of them went very well. The drivers always arrived early, and were very kind. Lily was very supportive on WhatsApp. I really recommend! :)

We highly recommend Hanoi transport service. Ms. Minh was professional, timely and very detailed in her instructions. Our RT transport from the airport to the hotel went without a hitch and was significantly less expensive than price quoted by hotel. The cars were clean, the driver was pleasant and we arrived safely. Couldn’t ask for more. 5 ⭐️ service!!

Excellent service. Despite a longish delay in getting out of the airport our driver kept in touch via text messages and the pick up went ahead smoothly. Very grateful customers after a long flight!
