1.00We waited for well over an hour at the Cruise Terminal for our driver to turn up. Finally after trying to message the driver and the company I borrowed a phone to ring the driver because I didn't have a sim for HK. Finally found where he was, they didn't walk around with a sign with my name on it at all, the supervisor of the drivers was lazy and really didn't care less. The driver was fine and got us to the hotel but I wouldn't rely on theses guys again.... they also lied about not being able to finds us.

5.00Great service from the cruise ship terminal to our hotel. It was a bit of a trek to get from the cruise ship to the area where private transfer vehicles are waiting. Especially when you have to lug all your luggage. We were a party of six coming from a 12 day cruise. Our luggage were definitely weighted down by all of our shopping. Our driver Harry took care of loading it all in one big van and we headed to our hotel. While driving he pointed out some landmarks and gave us tips on where to go near our hotel. Would definitely book again.
