What To Expect

Inbound from Airport (MSY): Upon arrival at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport, your chauffeur will greet your party inside the terminal while holding a personalized name sign in front of the ground floor escalators near baggage claim. Chauffeurs are scheduled to arrive at your flight's arrival time and allow 45 minutes of complimentary grace period for domestic baggage retrieval. You will be escorted to your vehicle, assisted with luggage, and transported directly to your destination in New Orleans. There are no additional stops allowed. **For guests arriving on British Airways or other international flights** Chauffeurs are scheduled to arrive 1 hour after flight arrival Customs clearance at MSY can take up to 4 hours Chauffeurs will contact you via WhatsApp Please notify your chauffeur immediately upon clearing Customs Outbound to Airport (MSY): For transfers departing from your hotel, residence, or short-term rental to MSY, please be ready at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. ➤ Be sure to include your preferred pickup time in the “Special Instructions” field at checkout. If a pickup time is not requested, you will then be assigned one 2.5 hours before your flight departure time. Chauffeurs arrive promptly, assist with luggage, and provide direct drop-off at the terminal entrance. From Cruise Port: If disembarking from the Cruise Port of New Orleans, your chauffeur will meet you at the designated ground transportation area. Since the cruise terminal does not have a waiting zone, chauffeurs are required to stand by approximately a quarter mile away and cannot pull up until your party is ready and waiting outside the exit door. To ensure a smooth pickup and minimize your wait time: -Please provide your scheduled disembarkation time when booking -Call or text dispatch as soon as your party is exiting the terminal Once connected, your chauffeur will load your luggage for you and transport you to your hotel, MSY Airport, or another destination of your choice with private, timely service.

Our flight landed early, but our driver was already there and waiting for us. Wyatt was very nice and professional, and a good driver. The Escalade was clean and in good shape except that the A/C wasn't working.
